Help the mesh grow with proper configuration!

With well over 1,000 nodes on the network it is critical that devices use as little airtime as possible exchanging telemetry and position data.

It is also imperative that devices incapable of effectively repeating mesh traffic, such as ALL portable/pocket devices are configured so that they *do not* repeat traffic. Indoor street-level devices should all be CLIENT_MUTE.

HELP! I cant see any nodes!

It’s very common to make configuration mistakes when first getting a mesh device. Start over by resetting the device to factory settings, and only changing the MediumFast LoRa preset. If nodes start populating (it should only take a few minutes for nodes to start trickling in) then follow the steps on this page to fine-tune your settings. THEN start making other tweaks as needed.

Max Transmissions Reached?

That is due to no other nodes being able to hear you. Read more about it and how to solve it HERE.
